About ME

Simply put a day of wedding (event) coordinator is a person responsible for making sure a couples wedding day is executed perfectly.  My role includes overseeing your vendors, creating and managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges or changes that arise during the festivities, just to name a few.  A Day of Coordinator is essential for anyone who wants to do most of the planning themselves,  but knows they need a professional to execute all of their hard work and planning.  I take all your wedding details, get them sorted and organized, and make them simple by taking all of that hard work you did during the planning process and produce the much needed day of the wedding “game plan”.  

I can make the day however you want it.

Starting a week before I will introduce myself to all vendors and send everyone a time line with details of where to be and when.  We can discuss the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, the morning of, the morning after.  Are you staying at a hotel?  Do you want your room stocked with champagne and snacks?  Need a great playlist while getting ready?  Coordinate the hair and make up people.  The pre photos.  I will organize all the paperwork and have copies.  I will be in charge of tips and final payments.  I will be onsite in morning of to make sure florists are organized and cocktail hour is getting set up.  Help the parties with their corsages and boutonnieres.  Help with the line up of the wedding party including the mic set up and the music.  Is your reception in a different location?  I will be on site to make sure the table settings are correct and that the timing of your arrival is correct.  The restrooms will be as you like them with toiletries and such.   At the end of the event, I will help coordinate cleaning up and packing anything that needs to be taken home or shipped.

Partial Day - 8 Hours: $800,  Full Day -  12 Hours: $1200. 

Includes (1) conference call planning meeting,  (1) in-person planning meeting.  Access as needed leading up to wedding via email/phone.  Week of wedding introduction to and communication with vendors.  Travel Negotiable.  Payment 50% upon contract signing,  50% by Wednesday prior to event.
